How can I order HAY! Straws® for my business?

Does HAY! Straws do price match?
Yes. If you found a comparable product at a lower wholesale price from any of our competitors in the USA, we guarantee price matching to theirs. Email us with your request at hello@haystraws.com with a screenshot of the price they offered you (including shipping costs) and a link to the competitor's product on their site.
What is the minimum quantity to be eligible for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale quantities start at a half or full case and can be purchased directly here. If you are a reseller or distributor looking to purchase large volumes, price discounts are available - email us at hello@haystraws.com.
How do HAY! Straws® compare in price to other plastic-free alternatives?
Our wholesale prices are competitive and comparable to buying paper straws. Our Straws are around three cents per piece, paper is often priced at over four cents per piece and our straws won't go Soggy. Bio plastic / PLA or cornstarch straws are only commercially compostable in the right facility and unfortunately at the moment compost sorting facilities are not able to detect the difference between a bioplastic and a plastic straw, so despite your best intentions, these will likely end up in landfills. HAY! Straws® are your best choice for price, performance and compostability.
Do you sell to retailers?
Yes, we have resale pricing available in our Jumbo 15 pack, Original Drinking straws 50 and 100 pack sizes.
What is the cost of shipping?
We charge reduced flat shipping fees on our wholesale products within the continental USA, shipping prices are listed in the product description. For Customers shipping outside of the continental USA shipping rates are calculated at check out. Large quantity or distribution orders are quoted shipping based on pallet size, weight and distance.
Do you offer additional discounts for restaurant groups or chains with multiple locations?

Do you offer distribution pricing?
Yes, please fill in our distribution form so we can better understand your business. Please note for international inquiries we receive a lot of applications and only contact the distributors who we feel are a good fit.
HOW DO I ADJUST MY HAY! STRAWS® SUBSCRIPTION?
Login here and click on the button that says manage subscription, you can edit the products, frequency, update your credit card or shipping address. Be sure to login using the email you get order notifications to. If it says you do not have an account, simply create one using that same email. Alternatively email us at hello@haystraws.com with your changes or call us at (415) 604-2165, we'd be happy to help.
How do I cancel my HAY! Subscription?
Login to your account. Click manage subscription and then "View details"> "cancel subscription". Alternatively you can email us at hello@haystraws.com or call us at (415) 604-2165 and we can cancel it for you.
How do I get a copy of my Invoice or Billing Statement?
Please email our billing department billing@haystraws.com with your company name.
Do you ship wholesale products internationally?
Yes, to select countries, international shipping rates apply. We do have distributors in Canada, New Zealand and Europe and can put you in touch so that you avoid paying international shipping fees. Alternatively try shopping the links below:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit, debit cards, PayPal, ACH, cheques and Wire Transfers.
What are the differences between Original HAY! Straws® and the straws in the Jumbo collection?
The straws in our Jumbo collection are longer, wider and more robust than our Original HAY! Straws®. They are 8 inches and come in 3 diamters; Jumbo 5-7 mm, XL 7-10 mm and BOBA 10-13 mm. Original HAY Straws® are made from wheat stems and best suited for thinner liquids like water, juice or soda. HAY! Jumbo Straws are made from natural reed stems and best suited for thicker viscosity drinks like milkshakes, iceblended drinks or boba tea.
Do you provide tracking information for an order?
A tracking number is emailed to the email on file after the order is shipped. Conversely you can email us at hello@haystraws.com. We fulfill orders Monday to Friday. We strive to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, subject to public holidays. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
